Human's development issue is the one of the important issues which is concerned by the academic circle. In recent years, with the development of the science and technology, the competition among all the countries in the world is more and more fierce. Actually, this kind competition is the competition of talents. So more and more countries pay attention to talents' cultivate and human's development.The connotation of human's development changes continuously.
