| The paper focuses its themes on the research of the relationship between human's quality and human's full development, which finds it course from human's quality and attempts to explore the theme of the time as how to improve human's quality and promote human's full development on the basis of illustrating their mutual relationship dialectically and systematically.In Chapter 1, the writer thinks that the improvement of human's quality should be the foundation of human's full development whereas human's full development should be the objective of the pursuit of the society.
