School bullying is a commom unfavorable behavior in the primary and middle schools. It is usually defined as a special type of aggressive behavior and is identified as a great harm to the development of physical and mental well-being among children, especially to the victims. Bullying in school has been the top of public concerns around the world today. All over the world many countries and psychologists have conducted a large number of studies. The study focus on the victims in bullying in school, and attempts to explore effective and systematic intervention program that is suitable to the situation of China through experimentation.A Modified Chinese version of Olweus Bully/victim Questionnaire was employed in a sample of 315 pupils from junior middle schools in Taiyuan. According to the results, we sample two nature classes in grade one and two respectively as experiment class and contrast class. The intervention is implemented on the two experiment classes and the researcher played the important roles in it. The researcher taught Psychological courses in experiment class, the contents involved self-confident experience, social skills experience and anti-bullying experience. All of these could offer the effective help for the victim. At the same time, the intervention measures include convening the anti-bullying meeting for their parents, which aim to get the parents' support for each victim. The intervention is varied as three levels: classroom, small group and individual intervention. At the class level, all the students in the class will take part in the experiment. The small groups are also important to the research and run though the experiment. In the class it will break the exist link of social company to set up the new one which is composed with the victims, the bullies and the bullying/victimization. Each group member will take the special training, this measures aim to restructure a anti-bullying environment in such a way as to increase social supports for victims,remove the social reward of bullying behavior and make the victims master the learning from the lessens. Another, with the available reaction the victims could buildup their self-confidence and enhance the friendship. So that these activities could influence cognition, emotion and action of children, by this it will promote the improvement of their personality characteristic. Last, at the individual level, the measures aim to change the relative status in serious bullying by talk in "one to one " style.This research reaches the following conclusions:1. Victimization is a prevalent phenomenon in middle school, and it should cause the high concern.2. There was no significant difference of bullied scores between boys and girls in middle school.3. Ratio of bullied to be increased and descends along with age, Contrasted with the three grade, the ratio of bullied in Grade Three is significantly lower on Grade One and Two, but there was no significant difference of bullied scores between Grade One and Two.4. After intervention, there were decline on the bullied scores of experiment class, the ratio of victims and bullied scores all achieved significance level.5. After intervention, there were declined on the bullied ratio and score in the two grade of experiment class, the decline in grade one achieved significance level.6. After intervention, there were significance decline on the bullied ratio and score of boys in experiment class, The girls' bulled ratio and score has declined yet, but has not been significant.7. The multi-level systematic intervention program in this research has adopted many internal and external influence factors, and it can effectively decrease the bullying action in middle school. The intervention program can be carried out in other schools.
