Psychological crisis means a state of temporary psychological unbalance taking place after a precipitating event. In the past few years, there has been an increasing focus in the psychological crisis of University students. How to intervene the psychological crisis timely and effectively become an urgent task which university faced.This paper uses literature research, questionnaire survey methods to study. It used random samplied 800 undergraduate students in school who are from NanChang University, Jiangxi Normal University and the University of Nanchang Aviation as the objects researched. It put forward the objects, principles and implementation of ways by investigate sources of university students psychological crisis and coping styles. The findings show that Prospects pressure and the pressure is studying the two most important sources of college students psychological crisis, Students psychological crisis coping styles on the whole is positive and healthy, The most used method is to solve the problem, Students psychological crisis sources and coping style have difference in different gender, grade, professional, source of student, whether is the only child. In addition, Students psychological crisis sources and coping style source exists certain relevance. According to University students' physiological, psychological characteristics and the crisis sources and coping, this paper carried out the idea of prevention against psychological crisis. The idea which based on education focuses on warning targets and reacts fast ,timely and effectively when psychological crises happen, in order to make intervention of university psychological crisis an important means which make university students grow and develop healthily.
