It is the obligation for postgraduate education to train innovative talent as it is the highest level of education in our country. There needs a large amount of innovation talent in Jiangxi for complementing the project of training stars of innovative talents of Jing Gangshan, as well as the strategy of strengthening province on talent and the strategy of invigorating Jiangxi through science and education. This essay bases on postgraduate education and focuses on the link of postgraduates' training and then makes a preliminary study on the model of training innovative talent in postgraduate education.Firstly, the author states the mission and the particularity of training innovative talent of postgraduate education in our province on the basis of defining related concepts. Secondly, this essay also studies on the model of training innovative talent in different countries with different economic steps throughout the world as well as different areas in our country. Trough comparing , the essay obtains that it is necessary to have a benign operational mechanism of training a great deal of innovative talent if the system of postgraduate education runs well, and the operational mechanism of postgraduate education is decided by the operation of training programs, academic environment and the mechanism of incentive. Through the massive practice investigations, it finds the problems in the sub-mechanisms of training programs, academic environment and mechanism of incentive of innovative talent training in Jiangxi postgraduate education and sums up that it is necessary to reform the model of postgraduates' training operational mechanism if Jiangxi wants to complements the strategy of strengthening province on talent and the strategy of invigorating Jiangxi through science and education in the further. Finally, Based on the analysis of the conditions in Jiangxi postgraduate education of training innovative talent and combined with Characteristics of Jiangxi, the essay makes use of the theories in Management Science, Sociology and Public Management to constructs an operational model of Jiangxi postgraduate education: with training programs, academic environment and incentive mechanism interaction as main body. Simultaneously, it discusses optimization and integration of this operational mechanism.
