The theory on the cultivation of excellent creative talents involves in the definition and classification of innovators and excellent innovators; the aim, model, system of personnel training; the growth rules, training error region of innovators, and etc. The "First Class" model,"Second Class" model, the joint training model are mainly models of excellent creative talents in domestic colleges.
