University Culture And The Creative Talents

Both the accurate discussion in regard to originality in theoretical area and the social yearning for creative people in daily life let us realize that such kind of people make an important role in country prosperity and social progression. As the base that generates people high in quality, the university should cultivate creative people with enough quantity and high quality, according to social imperative requirement. However, at present the university is exposed to some difficulties and challenges about the cultivation of creative people. Because of the influence of conventional opinion about the knowledge and education quality, the lack of creation and practical capability is the ubiquitous problem of university's students. The quality of university students' cultivation has been the higher education's key problem which cannot be neglected. Face to these problems, it is necessary for the study of educational philosophy to rethink theoretically of the cause of the emergence and existence of itself, to search for the crucial reason, and to put forward scientific and rational strategy.The first chapter of this paper penetratingly analyzes the problem of contemporary cultivation of creative people in university in educational philosophy's perspective, realizes that conventional educational model doesn't pay enough attention to the cultivation of students' creative capability and both the lack of university spirit and the defect of university system are the key obstacles of the cultivation of creative students, which are philosophically problems of culture and have deep inner connection with the construction of university culture. In regard of creative consciousness strengthening and creative spirit cultivating, university culture is very important for cultivating creative people and so the study of university's cultural construction in the aspect of the requirement for creative people is worth discussing in today's highereducational area.The second chapter of this paper summarizes Chinese and foreign famous universities' cultural construction's models of the cultivation of creative people, analyzes the constitution of university culture in the aspect of the inner request for the cultivation of creative people, and attempts to produce the ideal model of university culture which conforms to the requirement of the cultivation of creative people, essentially in the aspects of university spirit, university idea, university system and university culture.The third chapter of this paper thoroughly analyzes the inner system of university culture's usage in the cultivation of creative people, discusses it in three aspects, knowledge inheritance, cultivation of practical capability and the harmony of personality and psychology, in order to clarify the route, pattern and mechanism of university culture's usage in the cultivation of creative people, and produce theoretical support and strategy for university culture construction's strengthening, according to the requirement of the cultivation of creative people.The forth chapter of this paper takes Chinese and foreign educational history's experiences and problems, produces the concrete route and strategy of the university culture construction's strengthening, according to the requirement of the cultivation of creative people, and gives thorough and systematic analysis and discussion in four aspects, university spirit remodeling, university system creating, educational idea renewing and studying and cultural atmosphere building.The appearance of university culture is long-term and complicated project and needs university people to think, to search, to practice and to summarize, generation by generation.. Only through the combination of inheritance and creation, through the university spirit which persistently pursues for the truth, can the cultivation of creative people be promoted unceasingly, in the rational environment of contemporary university system.
