The 5th Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee sessions proposed the construction of socialism new countryside strategic plan and the new rural reconstruction goal which is summarized as "the production develops, the life is ample, the local custom is civil, the village accommodates are neat and the management is democracy" from the height of promoting social harmony, our party outlines a brand-new picture scroll for the new countryside. The new peasants who are knowledgeable and good at technology and management are the key to turn this picture into reality. Because farmers are the main body in the socialism new rural reconstruction and the main army to construct the new rural area and to realize the agriculture modernization. The new rural reconstruction realizes with difficulty without their approval and the positive participation and their Potential play. Therefore, newly--styled Fanners is taken as the starting point based on the rural education angle of view to discuss how to reform and innovate to construct the new countryside and how to provide the talented person for the construction of the harmonious society. This article is divides into five parts altogether:The first part mainly analyzes the necessity of the cultivation of newly--styled Farmers and draws out the consideration of the cultivation of newly--styled Farmers in the perspective of education.The second part makes it clear that education plays an important role in the cultivation of farmers by analyzing domestic and external experience of the cultivation of farmers.The third part theoretically analyzes that the rural education plays a vital role in the cultivation of newly-styled Farmers and builds a more solid foundation for promoting the process of the cultivation of newly--styled Farmers.The fourth part provides the basic mentality for the rural education reform innovation by analyzing the problems which exists in the rural education.The fifth part cares about the reform and cultivation in the rural education in perspective of the cultivation of the fanners to solve some existence problems in rural education, based on the analysis in above.
