Study On The Present Situation And Developing Strategy Of Schools Of Culture And Martial Art In Fujian Province

Applying methods of documents, interview, questionnaires, field survey, statistics, logics and comparison, this thesis investigates and analyses the current situation of the civil and military schools in Fujian Province, which covers the amount of the students, the inner management systems, the hardware's and the facilities, the teaching materials of martial art, learning and training relationship, the percentage of students entering a higher school, the moral education and the teachers. This thesis also analyses the major elements in the development of the civil and military schools in Fujian Province both in macroscopical and microcosmic aspects, and proposes the counter measures in allusion to the problems and the advantage of the civil and military schools in Fujian Province.The study shows that in the macroscopical aspects, the management systems are not perfect, the policies drop behind, the whole situation is in a incompact state, even disordered. There still exists prejudice to the civil and military schools in the whole ideology of the society. In the microcosmic aspects, the hardware's and the facilities are not complete, the schools are rather simple and lack of equipments for training; there are no uniform teaching materials of martial art, the moral education is despised, the inner management systems are nominal and the management is disordered; there is irrationality in the make up of the title of the teachers, the quality of the teachers are not high as a whole. In light the above problems, the thesis provides the counter measures: set up the management systems in sequence, understand the procedures of auditing and examination of the civil and military schools, increase the standards of running schools, raise money from various ways and improve the material conditions, play attention to the moral education, unify the teaching materials of martial art, enhance the inner management and increase the standards of management, strengthen the construction of the team of teachers and heighten their quality, and widen the channels of employment.This thesis analyses the current situation of the civil and military schools in Fujian Province and reveals some problems and the potential advantage through the study above, at the same time, on the basis of the problems and together with the policies ,law ,the theory concerned and the suggestion proposed by the experts, the thesis offers some systemic, idiographic and effective counter measures in hope of supplying the referenced information for the development of the civil and military schools in Fujian Province and providing the scientific foundation for the decision-making, management and guidance in the actual work of the governors.
