According to the historical documents, local people worshipped martial arts so much that 39 schools of boxing have been handed down to this very day. After the founding of People's Republic of China, martial arts have achieved rapid progress citywide. More and more organizations and clubs were established, taking various formation of being run by the state, the collective subsidies, collective and individual excavation, personal administration and so on. Statistics suggest that the registered schools were no less than 74. However, the quantity of the schools does not necessarily demonstrate the standard of cultivation. Some schools begin to recruit students without qualified condition; some are established before they are authorized and approved by the concerned departments; some sites are unsafe for the lurking danger exists. Meanwhile, in some schools, the guiding principle is not upright, so much so that the management is neglected, making some criminals conceal among the students, promoting some crime occurs, which disrupt social stability and personal security. It has been an urgently solved problem that martial arts schools maintain healthy development. Therefore, this thesis does systematic research on the developing condition of Heze martial arts school, which is realistically significant to their sustainable and healthy development.Adopting the approach of documentary review, visiting survey method and questionnaire, treating the martial arts schools in Heze as a research object, the writer of this thesis makes a comprehensive understanding of the schools'general situation in Heze, Shandong province. In the meantime, on the basis of the analysis of the main problems reflected in its own advancement, the writer earnestly concludes the main reasons and puts forward some relevant suggestions and measures.1. The relevant government departments should strengthen supervision of martial arts schools with the method of strictly examining approval procedures, suppressing those that fail to meet the requirement in order to guarantee the positive development of the local schools.2. The school leaders are supposed to improve the teaching conviction, promote self-cultivation and pave with times. Seeking for development with characteristics and striving for existence by the quality, they should fully utilize the advantage of locating in the hometown of martial arts. On the basis of that, they had better give prominence to the uniqueness and develop the traditional martial arts culture.3. The government is to establish the training institution specializing in the school leaders, the coaches and the trainers in martial arts schools. Thus they can get trained on the cultural subjects and the skillful improvement. In the meantime, an arrangement can be made for the coaches to take up training before posting in some university or martial arts schools. Then they will be qualified for teaching after obtaining the certificate.4. The schools should attach proper importance to the teaching, training as well as the research. By the means of giving awards to those coaches who do the research of great worth and ensuring the material benefits, the school will improve the coaches'teaching enthusiasm and retain qualified talents.5. Market-oriented as the school is, it aims to establish the students'employment system, broaden the employment channels. In the course of studying at school, the students can not only learn profession martial arts skills, but also grasp a few trades in demand.6. In future, the martial arts schools should enhance educational level in Heze.
