Study On The Current Situation Of High Level Collegial Sports Teams In Fujian Province And Its Developing Strategy

In this thesis, the author first introduced a study made on the current situation of high level collegial sports teams in Fujian province, with teams from six Fujian colleges recruiting high level athletes as the study objects. The study focused on five key factors, namely, athletes, coaches, management policies, learning and training relationship, physical necessity ensurance; and study methods applied include investigation, literature study, comparison, statistics and logic. Then the thesis states strategies that might fit the development of Fujian's collegial high level sports teams in new era. The potential strategies include: more capital input with diversified funds resources; an overall planning, but individually advantageous items and fields are emphasized; create and provide more racing opportunities for athletes; broaden recruiting channel; attract and train more qualified coaches; eliminate learning and training conflicts and provide a favorable background for athletes. Furthermore, in this thesis, two feasible development modes are brought forth in the hope of providing reference on the sustainable development of Fujian's high level collegial sports team: combinating education and sport mode and one continuous line mode.
