The Study And Practice Of Educational Policy For Healthy Personality In Chinese Classroom Teaching In Vocational Education

21st Century is the one full of competition. The basic requirements for a person with ability are: venturesome, groping, competitive, cooperative and creative. All these characters are related to healthy personality closely. But healthy personality losing for the students in vocational education is one of phenomena that we should pay much attention to in our country. Personality education is one aspect of mental health area, it also a point of "the standard of new course for Chinese". During the several years' Chinese teaching, I found there are lots of factors about personality education in it. It can play an important part in students' healthy personality forming, and affects their bodies and minds. Under this case, it necessary to make a research for students' personality education in Chinese class. The research for Chinese teaching strategy is the key points and breakthrough points in accelerate new course teaching. This paper with the preconditions of teaching theory and practice, make the guilding ideology of pedagogics, psychology and teaching making theory. It is to place logic approach first, literature, survey method, method of comparative analysis second, and launch on humanistic education and curriculum criterion. The paper emphasizes the essentials of personality training, and personality molding in Chinese class. With the visiting of some experienced experts and analyzing the differences during the teaching reform, it makes a research on strategy about Chinese classroom teaching in vocational education, let teacher master the personality training in Chinese class. The strategy is only a line, base on it, developing different kinds of class teaching forms to work in other subjects to build students' healthy personality.
