Twenty-first century is a completive century, so its basic ness cities for talent students are courageous enough to adventure and probe, good at competition and cooperation and full of creation. These qualities have intimately connections with healthy personalities. The education of personality belongs to an aspect of psychological healthy realm, at the same time; psychological healthy education is also one of five realms of new curriculum standards about P.E. and Healthy. During the process of teaching practice for many years, I have gradually felt that P.E. teaching implicates rich and positive the factors of personality education. It plays very important vole for students to form healthy personality. Its functions cannot be replaced by any other sciences. P.E. teaching is easier to carry out and produce deeply affect for students' bodies and minds than those empty didacticism. Therefore, P.E. classroom teaching should carry out relative research about the teaching strategies of personality education. P.E classroom teaching strategies' research is key point of fully carrying out quality education and education teaching reformation. This article, with the help of teaching practice and the deep research of new curriculum theory is based on systematical science theory, learning and teaching theory and teaching design theory. These theories are regarded as the idea of leading.This article mainly emphasizes on logical research method, at the same time, it also takes any other methods with the help of document and material method, from the view of humanist teaching development and the angle of modem curriculum theory. Such as, expert interview method, comparative analysis method. This article lays stress on strengthening personality foster elements, and improves the creation of personality during the process of P.E. classroom teaching activities, and goes to interview some experts who have rich experience through the comparative analysisfor students' behaviors before and after teaching reformation. We should pay more attention to the theories and practice probe about P.E. classroom teaching strategies of middle schools and build a flow diagram of P.E. classroom teaching strategies of middle schools and make the teachers totally master the P.E. classroom teaching. The flow diagram of P.E. classroom teaching strategies is a guiding principle, according to it; we can solve all kinds of problems about teaching strategies.
