As the rapid development of the information technology and the educational reforms, the clarion of teacher professional development has been blowed over the world.The author begins to think Is the coming of the blog be a way that can antivate a teacher acquires professional development? In such environment, the author has researched two Blogs writed by teachers who teach in primary schools,and then has some interviews with them in order to have original words,by researching the contents of the Blogs and the conversations,the thesis demonstrate that the Blog promote the development of the usual konwledge and ability of the teacher,the professional knowledge and ability in education,the professional spirit in education of the teacher professional development . The thesis also sums up the reasons that affect teachers acquire professional development, the reasons that restrict teachers turning over to think.The subject is divided into there parts in this thesis.The first part interprets the content and the distribution of ATang's Blog , the contents of replies and the quantity based on the texts.The thesis discovers that her Blog's core is the teaching skill and the teaching tactic,and the replies of others spur her turn over to think,the author then has a content analysis to the logs that represent the realations of Blog and teacher professional development,in order to acquire the original words about that Blog has a spur to teacher professional development,then the author has a theoretical study of every aspect of the teacher professional development,in the end the author analyses the conversations:all the analyses demonstate that Atang has some progress in teacher professional development by writing Blog.The second part has a similar way with the first part in researching mathods and researching thoughts to interpret mangmangrenhai's Blog.The difference is that his blog's core is the thoughts about the education purpose and the education value.The third part compares Atang's Blog content and replys with mangmangren hai's,also the author extracts the experiences and recognitions from the implicit texts.At last, the study gives a conclusion,and provides the experiences to teachers and Bloggers.The author also points out the new ideas and flaws in this thesis.
