One's concept determines his observation angle, ways of thinking, value orientations, modes of behavior and habits. Special knowledge is easy to forget, but the influence of the subject concept is far-reaching. So, for many scholars, concepts are more important than knowledge. Now, the research on the chemical concept is still superficial, and can't keep pace with its importance. So it's really urgent to establish chemical concept system in the middle schools. According to our research, the study of the subject can be started as follows: Firstly, we should solve a problem: which concept should be built in these schools? After literature review, considering the requirement in new curricula which aims to improve students' scientific accomplishment, the author figured out that the chemical concept can be established in middle schools from the explanatory, spiritual, material, and social layers. So this article proposes some very important concepts from the four layers, and gives some brief explanations to these spirits. Secondly, how to bring up the chemical concepts among students? We analyzed students' ways of learning scientific concepts, and educational psychology from concepts related to the establishment and the change in the research results, and also referred to kinds of teaching material which try to practice the chemical concept. Finally, we summarize details of other people and ourselves on how to build students' chemical concepts. The author also elaborates the strategy on the establishment of chemical concepts. The research of our subject enriches the content of three-dimensional teaching and makes the aim of "process and method" and "affectivity and value" more practicable, which is expected to effectively improve the durative, harmonious and personal development of students.
