High school chemistry concept is a core part of the high school chemistry teaching content. Research on high school chemistry concept is not only the necessary of improving the high school students’scientific literacy, but also the necessary of promoting the development of students’lifelong education; not only the necessary of changing the way students leam, but also the necessary of promoting students’understanding and transforming of knowledge, in addition it also helps to streamline teaching content. But the study found that studies of high school chemistry concept still exists deficiencies, for example on the construction of the high school chemistry concept system, the perspectives of construction are not explicit, the classified ways dre not quite accuiate and ine structure of system is notclear; On the instructional design based on the subject concept. the theory on the instructional design based on the subject concept has been relatively mature, but there is still a slight lack of corresponding teaching practice. Therefore, based on the field of high school chemistry concept, this study uses methods of literature research, theoretical approach and case study on it.Firstly, this study uses the method of literature research to comb research status about the high school chemistry concept system and the instructional design based on the subject concept; Secondly,by analysis method to analyze the connotation of the high school chemistry concept, theoretically constructe the high school chemistry concept system, then based on this system analyze the compulsory high school textbooks for Jiangsu; Lastly, by case study to propose the instructional design program concerned the subject concept, and to do the instructional design combined with the high school chemistry teaching content.Specific results are as follows:(1)At the theoretical level,integrate the two views of scientific philosophy and chemical definition, from the point of the scientific philosophy’s ontology component,epistemology component and axiological component to construct the high school chemistry concept.and according to Professor Xu Guangxian’s four-dimensional definition of the chemistry,’Chemistry is a foundational natural science of using X method to study Y object’s Z content in order to achieve the W purpose ",from the point of chemical research object,research content,research method and research purpose.to reine element concept, structure concept.change(2)concept,experimental concept and chemical value concept etc.in order to constitute the high school chemistry concept system.(2)Based on the high school chemistry concept system construced in this study, analyze the connotation of element concept,structure concept,change concept,experimental concept and chemical value concept; outlines the subject concepts" characteristics of generality,stability and hierarchyidiscern that chemistry knowledge is a rich knowledge system, chemistry concept is the core part of chemistry knowledge, and also chemical factual knowledge and principle knowledge are the basis of the formation of chemistry concept; analyze the arrangement systemthe of the compulsory high school textbooks for Jiangsu,providing a theoretical foundation for the instructional design based on the subject concept.C)Fron the aspects of the design of teaching objective problen situations, learring activities, learning summary etc,construct the instructional design program based on the subject concept,and on the basis of this program do the instructional design combined with the high,, school chemistry teaching content.
