Teachers' becoming researchers as well as teacher specialization is a mainstream trend in world education, so improving teachers' professional knowledge and abilities becomes a must. The present author thinks it is important and meaningful to have a good understanding of the situation of educational research of Secondary School Teachers.The present author studied the present situation of educational research of teachers in Fuqing No.3 Middle School mainly in ways of questionnaires, interviews and document research .And all the data collected has been sorted out for the review of the situation,the analysis of the problems and the suggestion put forward. The article consists of four parts. The first part introduces the Background, Aim , Meaning and Ways used in teachers' educational research, revealing the demands upon teachers as well as their educational research because of the new—curriculum reform and throwing lights on the importance and probability of teachers' educational research in middle schools.The second part is an investigation of the teachers'attitude ,the fruits ,the self—evaluation of the ability and the knowledge of educational research of teachers in Fuqing No.3 Middle School, and in the third part according to the result of the survey ,the present author mainly analyses the main problems existing in the educational research among teachers in Fuqing No.3 Middle School .The fourth part gives suggestive resolutions to improve the healthy development of educational research on middle schools.
