The content of "Algorithms and Programming" is the focus and difficulty of high school information technology learning.This article mainly adopts methods of literature research,survey research and practical research,based on constructivist learning theory,mastery learning theory,cognitive load theory,and ubiquitous learning theory,based on previous studies,a micro-flip-based classroom teaching model was proposed.It explains the general methods of making micro-lectures from the design principles,teaching analysis,teaching link design,script design and recording processing of micro-lectures,and from the three stages of pre-class,middle-class,and post-class,designs the teaching activities of "algorithm and program design" content,based on the micro-class flipped classroom.Through practice,it has been verified that the application of the flipped classroom based on micro-lectures to the teaching of "algorithms and programming" helps to improve learning interest,learning efficiency,self-learning ability and thinking and inquiry ability,and also providing certain teaching suggestions for the teaching of "Algorithm and Programming Design" based on practical feedback.
