The anxiety related on study had become a highly concerned topic within the psychology and the pedagogics during the recent years. The math learining anxiety is a special subject neurosis, a series of physiological change, behavioral performance and psychological experience caused by the anxiety concerned with math during the study process.That age feature, pressure of the entrance exam for the university, the character of the math subject makes the math learning cognition anxiety a problem, which failed to be solved fully during the past investigation and research , so it worths making the research. The study advance the development of the theory and discuss the methods on interference of math learning cognition anxiety with interview and chart through exposing the nature and reason of the math learning cognition anxiety and it provides a great help for the students. The study has made into the chart on the math learning cognition anxiety which was adopted in measuring the high school math learning cognition anxiety on the basis of the《Mathematics Anxiety Rating Scale (MARS)》composed by Richardson and Suinn through the steps including design, analysis, exam and expert opinion. We have arrived at a conclusion that the rate on the math learning cognition anxiety is not high and most students are in the state of normal anxiety with the help of the chart. In the gender, the anxiety concerned with high school girls are higher those of the high school boys in general. In addition, their math learning achievement has a very close relationship with math learning cognition anxiety and the relationship between the math learning cognition anxiety and their math achievement could be described with a U line. When the student is in the state of middle math-learning cognition anxiety, he can have a better achievement. The high school student has acquired various math learning cognition anxiety during the process of math study. And the subject character, imbalance between the input and output and improper help and remarks from the parents are the reasons that caused the anxiety. The study has come out the tactics on solving the high school math learning cognition anxiety through the parents, teachers and the students. That is to say, the parents are the supporter and helpers both on the psychology and action, the teachers set right attitude towards the math and teaching math and build the active belief, foster the strong will, reduce the anxiety and finish the math learning aim by adjusting the math learning cognition anxiety in class.Adjusting the moderate math learning cognition anxiety lies in improving cognition and self-assessment. Except the changes on the students themselves, the teachers also should update the teaching theory, adopt the proper teaching methods and embody the active relationship between the math education and psychology.
