This paper studies the problem of slow learners in the direction of attribution. It proves that our middle school students' attribution in mathematics learning is positively related to their math interest, self-efficacy and math achievement. We will focus our research on the attribution characteristics of the slow learners in math learning. And then, we will do some preliminary researches on the special group called "slow learners with unsuitable attribution in math learning". The structure of this paper is as follows:Part one is the study's background. It firstly sums up previous results about slow learners in math learning and summarizes our efforts and achievements in this field. Secondly, it introduces tri-dimension attribution theory proposed by Weiner. It gives us the theoretical basis of our positive research and provides theoretical foundation for explaining the research outcome.Part two is positive research. In this part, we introduce our research method, research object, research process and research means. By sample inquire, we get initial results in the following seven respects:I. The relationship between math interest, self-efficacy, math achievement and attribution of math learning.II. Analyze the difference between good students and poor students in math interest, self-efficacy, and attribution.III. Analyze the factors which influence the attribution of our middle school students.IV. Compare the difference in attribution dimension between poor students and good students when they succeed in math examination.V. Compare the difference in attribution between poor students and good students when they succeed in math examination.VI. Compare the difference in attribution dimension between poor students and good students when they fail in math examination.VII. Compare the difference in attribution between poor students and good students when they fail in math examination.Part three is research outcome and discussing. In this part, we summarize the main...
