Objective: Teacher's job satisfaction seriously impact on the teacher's work attitude and the quality of work. It's the key factor to the quality of education. This research is based on demographic data and personality traits, to investigate the factors of job satisfactions for university teachers.Methods: Accordingly, the present study is on the basis of the status quo of the teacher's job satisfaction to investigate the factors of job satisfactions for university teachers. 204 university teachers are selected and measured using MSQ and NEO. These dates were used a variety of statistical methods (single-factor analysis of variance, t-test, correlation analysis, and stepwise regression, etc.) to analysis data processing.Results: Amenity, self-discipline, extraversion, openness are positive correlative with the inner job satisfaction of university teachers, the jumpy is negative correlative. Amenity, self-discipline, extraversion, openness are remarkably positive correlative with the general job satisfaction. Conclusion: The job contents of the personal information are correlative with the outer and general job satisfaction. The extraversion of the idiosyncrasy is correlative with the outer and general job satisfaction; the self-discipline is correlative with the inner job satisfaction. The results of this paper can be used for the research of increasing the job satisfaction for the university teachers.
