The personality is the total of more stable special mental characteristic in the person's attitude to the reality and behavior method. The behavior is the outside manifestation of personality. The relationship between them is an important problem of psychology. But in the psychology field, the research about this is still not deep and complete by now. Particularly the studies on teachers'personalities and the teaching behaviors are oppositely less. This paper is based on Carl Jung's typology of personality and the theory of chemistry teacher's teaching action. According to our research on the relativity between chemistry teacher s'personality types and their teaching behaviors in senior high schools by a questionnaire, we come to a conclusion that the personality type of most teacher s'is extraversion in senior high school. At the same time, we find out the relativity between chemistry teacher s'personality types and their teaching behaviors is significant by educational statistics evidence. At this foundation, we concretely analyze the characteristic of every kind of teachers'teaching behaviors. The author hopes to provide a help by this thesis that the most teachers can advance their teaching behaviors according to their personality type.
