Vocational college education is an importance constitute part of our country higher education, they develop talented persons of practical type and technical ability type for society. There are 80,000,000 students in vocational college which is the half of the total amount of college's student in our country. Most of these students failed in the text into university because they have bad academic performance, and they have some problems in Achievement Goals and Learning Attitudes. There are less research on achievement goals and learning attitudes as well academic performance of the students in vocational college who are an neglected group between university student and high university student.This paper brings forward the problems on the basis of literature summarize which is about achievement goal and learning attitude. This study gets the following main conclusions by the investigation of learning attitude questionnaire and achievement goal questionnaire on the 800 students of Shandong zaozhuang technical college.1 The vocational college students'achievement goal and learning attitude have remarkable differences on the sex, grade, family locus and whether the only child. Sex and grade, family locus and whether the only child have interaction effects on the achievement goal and learning attitude.2 The vocational college students'achievement goal and learning attitude have positive correlation with learning result. Positive achievement goal and upright learning attitude are helpful to improve the learning result. Achievement goal and learning attitude have a good predictive effect on the learning result.3 Learning attitude is a intermediation between achievement goal and learning result. Achievement goal and learning attitude have a good predictive effect on the learning result separately. Achievement goal have a good predictive effect on the learning attitude. When achievement goal and learning attitude are all as independent variable, the predictive effects is greater, but achievement goal's predictive effect is smaller. This suggests learning attitude is a intermediation between achievement goal and learning result.
