Human is always on his own initiative to construct social reality, so the construction and development of professional knowledge and theory contains a lot of personal experience and his own opinion. As an executant of teaching activity, teacher's own viewpoint is an essential ingredient to his own teaching practice. When taking actions, teacher doesn't perform mechanically without any thought just like a machine or at will, but always directed by some inherent interpretative frame, which is named teacher's personal theory. While settling problem occurring at classroom, teacher is always constructing his own theory. Teacher's own effective teaching method and design has an everlasting and significant influence on classroom teaching in many teaching fields. Personal theory is closely linked with teacher's opinion, job and life. Consequently, it becomes a rich and colourful resources for personal development and the formation of a new common theory.Teacher's personal theory can be interpreted in both broad and narrow sense. Generally speaking, teacher's personal theory is a series of knowledge and theory which is formed by way of personal practice, not the public knowledge of books and textbooks in traditional sense, but a set of teacher's opinions, value, comprehension, hypotheses concerning education, instruction and profession. From the narrow sense, it can be interpreted in view of theory, so it means teacher's own unique teaching thought and theory based on a subject's property and feature, which is formed through research, reflection, perception and experience during the long teaching practice. Eventually, a particular manipulative system and teaching style is evolved. It not only emphasizes that teacher studies daily teaching, manifests his tacit knowledge, but also strengthens his viewpoints about teaching should be theorized and systematized so that a unique and solid teaching thoughts can be formed. This paper focuses on teacher's daily life by discussing teacher's personal theory, pays attention to teacher's inner theory and how to express their own practical knowledge, propels us to observe teacher's self professional growth from personal existence.This paper can be divided into seven sections.The first section: preface. This section is mainly about origin of research theme, introduction for what has done, and orientation and springboard of the paper. The second section: interpretation of teacher's personal theory. This section mainly analyzes the connotation and feasures of teacher's personal theories, its rationality in existence, transformative relationships between personal and public theories. The third section: the stages and motivational factors of formation for teacher's personal theory, the formation of which roughly undergoes four stages called foundation and preparation, attention and awareness, practice and apprehension, organization and sublimation. Its formation is not only crystal of long practice, but also results of many factors'together function, involving molding of personal life, impulse of critical events, teacher's subjective position and conscience. The fourth section: explore the reasons why teacher's personal theory is difficult to form, including suppression of technical rationality, durance of empiristic thinking, absence of research awareness and bondage of hierarchical system. The fifth section: the methodical thought of the formation for teacher's personal theory, which contains cultivation of professional spirits, transformation of thinking mode, attentation to research and so on. The sixth section: teacher's professional growth in perspective of personal theory, concerning the transformation of growth pattern and its meanings for teacher's personal growth. The seventh section: epilogue, which mainly emphasizes that teachers should depend themselves for growth, arouse their inner spirits and power.Teaching is an important tool to realize public civilization and well-being, so it is imperative that teacher should build his own teaching thoughts, in order to promote multiple innovation in teaching practice. Therefore, teachers should take their initiative to pursuit their ideal living style, from which they get freedom and development.
