Content: Faced with a world-wide focus on educator reformation, China has deemed it as a top priority to speed up its own reform in this new era of knowledge-economy in order to realize the purposes of cultivating a learning-oriented society and overall enforcing of quality education. After several fruitless attempts at reform, Knowledge Management in Business was introduced into the field of education, providing a new perspective for advancing both School Management and Teacher's Professional Growth.The author of this paper concludes, from a thorough reference to recent materials on Teacher's Personal Knowledge Management, that though existing researches home and abroad concentrate on three aspects, namely, implementary techniques, educator reforms, and education management, they show want of system and comprehension. And few have probed into Teacher's Professional Growth from the angle of Teacher's Personal Knowledge Management.On the light of the above, this paper, based on exhaustive studies of referential materials through techniques such as analyses, comparisons, induction and deduction, aims first of all at a systematic presentation of Teacher's Personal Knowledge Management. Then it centers upon ways for achieving Teacher's Personal Knowledge Management and the four phases of a teacher's professional growth. Finally the application of Teacher's Personal Knowledge Management in Teacher's Professional Growth is examined to highlight the topic for discussion.According to my study, teachers by resorting to the technique of blog, via diversified methods like Regression, Teaching Archives, Experiential Learning, Pair-work, can promote, in specific stages of their development, professional growth in various fields, subject-teaching, teaching environment, learner's qualities, to name just a few.My study is theoretically and practically significant in that it integrates Teacher's Personal Knowledge Management with individual levels of Teacher's Professional Growth, and it offers varified management methods to cater for developing phases.Undoubtedly there leaves much room for improvement in my study.Only one tool of Teacher's Personal Knowledge Management as well as its implementation is proposed;technical enforcement of Teacher's Personal Knowledge Management is barely touched upon and my research on the very application of Teacher's Personal Knowledge Management in the exact stages for Teacher's Professional Growth needs to be elaborated further.
