Countermeasures Of A New Community Management Model For Changsha City Construction

Urban community management model was established in the fifties of the 20th century. Numerous foreign scholars have done valuable research on community management model. Nowadays, our country has entered the period of popularizing typical community models. However, academic circles can't reach unanimous views on which model urban community management is exactly adopted so far, the research on this subject is so deficient. Therefore, this article combines with the situation of Changsha City and mainly works for the study of urban community management model.This paper analyzed the existing external government control model, autonomous community model and mixed model as well as Shanghai model, Shenyang model, Jianghan model and so on in domestic, at the same time, has extracted some experiences and lessons that can be used as a source of reference to Changsha City community management. On the basis of summarizing the current situation of Changsha City community management, I conducted a survey research on the condition of Changsha City Furong District Community management and made research on statistical analysis of survey results, to make clear the outstanding issues in community management of Changsha City. With this end in view, this article raises the point that community management use the pattern of "strong the government, strong the community" to make a creativity to renew the network diagram of community management and pose some countermeasures and suggestions to construct the dominant model of Changsha City community management as "strong the government, strong the community".Communication is still a new field in our country. The development of communication needs to be explored with international cooperation and intercourse of civil scholars and reformers. The article is trying to search into the urban community management model system and make some devotion.
