When learning a foreign language, the learner should have a desire to learn it. Only when the learner has a desire in mind can he carry it out. Therefore, motivation is not only the cause for study, but the source of keeping studying as well. There are so many researches on the factors for influencing the motivation. But they have much in common. It is five factors that are related to the inner motivation. They are concerned with the students'need and structure of the goal, the characteristics of maturity and age, the students'character trait and diversity, the students'ideals and value view, and the students'anxiety degree. Two factors can be found for outer motivation. The first one relates to the family surrounding and public opinion. The second one focuses on the example of teachers. It can be proved that teachers do a great help to the students'motivation. By teachers work and other ways, the motivation can be trained and motivated. Among all the teachers'work is teachers'feedback. It can be divided into to types. One is verbal feedback, the other is non-verbal feedback. Many researchers focus on the importance of the teachers'feedback concerned with the students'motivation.The thesis inquires into the effects of teachers'feedback on students'motivation. The investigation for the feedback includes the feedback in class and after class. After that the different ways of teachers'feedback and the students'attitude to them can be learned. The goal is to help the teacher find more efficient way to motivate the students'motivation and improve the efficiency.The study has been done mainly through the way of investigation of questioning, assisted with the ways of interviewing and classroom observation. A questionnaire has been done to 164 students and 20 teachers in No. Five High School in Guiyang in Guizhou Province. The results are as follows:1 To use body language and gestures more often 2. To communicative with the students after class more often and give the comment on the students'exercises book properly. 3. Positive feedback are needed by the students.
