In recent years,along with the rapid development of life sciences and the continuous deepening of new curriculum reforms,the status of biology has been greatly improved in the high school phase,and the degree of emphasis that each school places on students' learning biology has also increased.Therefore,the teaching of teachers is particularly important,and teaching is a control system composed of four elements: teachers,students,teaching content,and teaching methods.Any system can achieve effective control only through feedback information.It is against this background that the research starts with feedback from teachers on the students,and according to the different information symbols transmitted by the teaching feedback,the teaching feedback is divided into three feedback forms: verbal feedback,body feedback and text feedback.The combined research methods used three feedback forms as the research content.First of all,we investigated the feedback situation used in biology teaching in a high school in Lanzhou City.Second,according to the results of the investigation,we found that there were deficiencies in the stage of development and we formulated teaching.The application strategy of feedback in biology teaching;Finally,through the repeated practice in the teaching to verify these strategies and put forward corresponding opinions.Through the combination of questionnaires and interviews,it is initially concluded that the feedback methods often used by teachers are positive speech feedback and body feedback,and the use of negative feedback methods is rarely used,and teachers rarely use text for various reasons in teaching.Feedback;Based on these results,we propose different feedback strategies for different feedback objects:teaching feedback strategies for all(extroverted)students: 1.When learning content is difficult,give priority to positive feedback and give students a sense of accomplishment 2.When students have learning burnout,give them some negative feedback to weaken students' learning burnout;3.In teaching,students should be given appropriate text feedback.For students(inward),students' teaching feedback strategy:1.In the initial stage of feedback,feedback is mainly after class;2.Inclassroom feedback,positive feedback is the main theme.After that,the study starts from the perspective of teachers and conducts practical research based on the above strategies to further improve the previous investigation.The strategies and suggestions for the teacher's rational use of the teaching feedback method are as follows:1.For different character students,adopt different methods of feedback;2.Combination of positive feedback and negative feedback;3.Students need clear and reasonable feedback;4.Post-class feedback and classroom feedback combined;5.Students need a certain Text feedback.
