Research On Quality Guarantee Mechanism Of Master Graduate Student

Since implementation of policy of enrollment expansion of the colleges in 1999, higher education of China turned into the stage of "popularization". Under the background, educational scope of graduate student was also developed fast, and our country obtained many achievements in degree and graduate student education, but because absolute increased extent of gross of graduate students went beyond the increased extent of each investment greatly, problem of educational quality of graduate student was aroused universal attention of people, how to guarantee educational quality of graduate student became one of hot spots in present educational research. The author made a case investigation on graduate student education of Northwest Normal University, analyzed main problems of graduate student education in present university, such as lack of motivity of graduate student education, problem of student source quality, instability of graduate student education, shortage of investment, inadequateness of educational conception and systematic innovation of graduate student, lack of inner guarantee monitoring mechanism in school, and so on. Through consulting literatures and using advantageous experience of quality guarantee mechanism of graduate student inside and outside our country for reference, the author also analyzed main reasons of bringing problems and put forward to further promote continuous development of Northwest Normal University and gradually improve quality guarantee mechanism of cultivating graduate student. There were four parts in this dissertation:I. Introduction. Main contents were origin of problem, value and significance of quality guarantee mechanism of graduate student education, and present situation, theoretical basis, train of thought, and methods of quality guarantee research inside and outside our country.II. Present situation of educational quality of graduate student inside and outside our country. To integrate research outcome of inside and outside literatures, define relevant concepts of this research, and introduce overseas experience on quality guarantee of graduate student education and reference and inspiration to our quality guarantee of graduate student education.III. Case study. By questionnaire, the author made deep investigation on present situation of graduate student source, teaching, scientific research, experiment, books and information data, teaching cultivation, courses setup, tutor group, innovation on scientific research, and administrative level of Northwest Normal University, and the author also made detailed analysis on present situation.IV. To constitute quality guarantee mechanism of graduate student education. In this part, the author analyzed main problems and reasons of graduate student education in Northwest Normal University and put forward quality guarantee mechanism of graduate student education according to theory and problems of quality guarantee of graduate student education.
