Research On The Quality Guarantee System Of Graduate Education In China

With the soaring economy development of China, it is coming to be the focus on the education of the graduate student of profession and practicality as the requirement of high level professional talents with practical ability from the society and labor market increasing fast. However, large scale extension of enrollment on professional-degree graduate highlights the quality of education on a daily basis. Under the exuberance of professional-degree graduate education, it is becoming crucially important that how to guarantee the education quality to export mass comprehensive talents to the society and establish and complete an educational quality guarantee system for the professional-degree graduate to comply with the development. Hence, in this paper, Q University taken for instance, surveys and statistically analyzes through questionnaire survey on each and every link of the professional-degree graduate education of this campus and finds out the issues in the questionnaire turnout, and on the basis of analyzing the issues and forming factors, raises corresponding solutions and suggestions on to establish and complete the quality guarantee system of the professional-degree graduate, facilitating the continuous and healthy development of the professional-degree graduate education.Standing a series of theoretic bases as Total Quality Management (TQM) theory and View of Quality on Professional-Degree Graduate Education, this paper states the true meaning of professional-degree graduate education. With large quantity of documentation reference, the domestic and foreign study status of relative researches are concluded, meantime, deeply probes into and analyzes the current status of professional-degree graduate education quality guarantee system of China. Through the analysis of Q University by questionnaire, the current status of professional-degree graduate is demonstrated and corresponding issues are concluded by the survey turnout with the forming reason of relative issues. Moreover, taking the advanced methodology and successful practices aboard on the quality guarantee system, internal and external guarantees shall be adopted, completing the internal and improving the external as support, to push the development of the professional-degree graduate education quality.
