With the development of society and the widespread exaltation of the social consciousness, on the one hand, the balance development of Middle-school students'individual health and growth state are paid more attention, which promotes the"quality education"and the school for education reformation. Among them, athletics teaching including course structures, course contents and teaching methods has higher standards, so the mentality training is applied to physical education.Imaginary Training is a kind of aggressive mental state training method. In the way, we arouse in the brains and operate the idea again and again, and we can also make the idea enhanced and make it is from the faintness of not stable of appearance conversion clear and stable appearance. It has enhanced the domination function of the formation to form the technical ability, also it has accelerated sport technical ability of well-training with automation and shortened the progress of the mimicry stage. Combining with Traditional teaching, imaginary training method has been applied to the course of Sped broad-jump Teaching, which can improve students' imaginary ability and skills, reduce anxiety level.Firstly, this research analyzed the theories about imaginary training, summarized the studies at home and abroad, and elaborated the research on imaginary training used in athletics teaching. Then selected two natural classes with 30 each (12-15 years old) at grade eight of the Experimental School in Taishan Block from Tai'an City. This study used teaching experimental method and Questionnaires to make comparison research between imaginary and Traditional teaching on Sped broad-jump for middle school students with sentence-picture matching test, 3-dementional cube mental rotation test and STAI. The object is to probe into the effective method to modify the athletics teaching effect and improve the students'imaginary ability.Its conclusion is as follows: 1.Comparing the teaching results of triple track and field events( flying long jump) trained in both experimental class and control class, with T text, the t value is 2.794,3.695 and 2.782(p<.05)respectively, the resulting of experimental class is superior to control class obviously. 2. Comparing the Imaginary Ability of the experimental class and control class, the result of T text is 2.458(p<.05) and 3.204(p<.05), the Imaginary Ability of experimental class is superior obviously than the control class. 3. Comparing the State Anxiety and Trait Anxiety of the experimental class and control class, the result of T text is 2.206(p<.05) and 3.514(p<.01), the State Anxiety and Trait Anxiety of experimental class is superior obviously than the control class. The consequence is as follow: 1. the usage idea trains the imaginary ability that the teaching method can raise a student in the track and field course take the lesson and throng student's result of the imaginary ability raise of more obvious. 2. The usage idea trains teaching method to raise teaching quality more effectively than the traditional teaching in the track and field course, take the lesson, the formation of forward movement technical ability. 3. the idea of usage trains teaching method to compare with the traditional teaching in the track and field course, take the lesson, can even reduce anxiety.This study analyzed the effect that imaginary training method produces to students' athletics marks and supplied practical and effective ways of imaginary training. And it researched how imaginary training method affects students' imaginary ability and how students' anxiety level varies before and after the teaching experiment. So this study made an overall view on how the imaginary training method influences students' recognition, learning attitude and skills.
