Although representation Training theory is still not perfect still needs further research and exploration, but imaginary training in the sports teaching, sports competition is obvious role.In today's fun sports teaching form of mainstream, in the teaching of how not enough time enables the student to master the complex technical movements, students learn to find out problems, thinking, problem solving, improve active thinking ability has become the most sports education work this should soul-searching question, in the traditional physical education teaching mode usually exist in the teaching contents technical movement complex is difficult to students establish correct concepts and grasp good action techniques difficult. Teaching time is insufficient, again in conventional class time, venues, because classroom number of students limit, equipment, cannot complete practice less number of perception of the concepts, technical action of traditional and teaching modes let students practice for technical movements, passive form passivity, passive training practice make the students in a passive position. For technical movement complex project to the students' participation enthusiasm decreases, and so in sports teaching, we should adopt diversified teaching methods for enhancing the enthusiasm of students participate in teaching activities. Often a competitive projects characteristics, technical movement complex teaching content can cause students more concern and participation, but technology behavioral essentials difficult students are in passive learning, some students see teaching content will be daunting, halt in the practice, some in practice before twice will feel good technical movement and give up casad, a few good quality student body strong sense due to competition will be thinking about how to better complete action and get better grades, but in attempting to process after several times of failure for YanFanGan teaching contents appear. So we current sports education workers should adopt appropriate teaching methods, training method to arouse students' enthusiasm of participation in the teaching activities. So in the sports teaching the how to use imaginary training method and cooperative learning teaching methods for enhancing the students' participation enthusiasm, faster, better control technology behavioral essentials and improve teaching efficiency. After experimental research on the current education class put forward the following Suggestions sports:1. Will the multimedia into sports teaching, through watching the video to strengthen students' action image produce good representation consciousness;2. Class more challenging the arrangement of the content of cooperative learning, requires that the student, the student practice of passive to active practice, let into student active interested to practice;3. Using various evaluation method, improve the ability of students' activity.
