Exploring The Employment Guidance Of Vocational College With The Vision Of The Scientific Development Concept

With the rapid development of higher vocational education, the employment of the graduates from Vocational College has also become the attention focus of the society. This paper points out that the implementation of the Scientific Development Concept in Vocational College employment guidance is a powerful guarantee for vocational college graduates employment guidance with Comprehensive, Coordinated and Sustainable Development. However, in real employment guidance activities, there have been some bias and misunderstandings, manifested with such problems: the tension between performance of the guiding ideology for the job and employment guidance theory and employment quo-status; the mismatching between people and vacations; misunderstanding between their employment concept and employment guidance. Therefore, in order to promote the harmonious employment for the Vocational College graduates, the implementation of the scientific vacational guidance and the utilization of the Scientific Development Concept to guide the graduates employment is particularly important and urgent.With the guide of the Scientific Development Concept ,this paper systematically combs the basic ideas, related research quo-statuses at home and abroad, and also has a brief review, based on People and Vacations Matching Theory,Vacation Decision Theory,Vocation Development Theory and other theories, the utilizations of the Questionnaire Survey, Comprehensive Analysis, Comparative Analysis, Case Analysis, and other methods, according to the method "Asking Questions - Analysizing Questions - Solving Questions". On the basis of elaboration of the basic concepts of the Scientific Development , it analyses concretely the existing problems in the Vocational College employment guidance and points out that the implementation of the Scientific Development Concept is the need for achieving people-centered, the need for promoting comprehensive, coordinating and sustainable development, the need for achieving the Vocational College graduates growth and success, the need for optimizing distributions of education resources, the need for further deepening the reform of education system needs.
