Research On Employment Guidance Of College Students In Shijiazhuang Universityof Applied Technology

Nowadays,more and more people have accepted higher education with its further popularization,and the popularity rate is also getting higher and higher.However,the employment of higher vocational college students is becoming severer,which is a big problem.In order to settle the employment problem of higher vocational students,the employment guidance in higher vocational colleges is extremely important.As everyone know,there is a big difference between vocational college students and undergraduates in each aspect,as well as the employment pressure,in which,the employment problem of graduates from vocational colleges in large and medium-sized cities is more prominent.Taking Shijiazhuang University of Applied Technology(SUAT)as the research object,the dissertation employs literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and comparative analysis method etc.,to discuss the problems and deficiencies in the employment guidance of SUAT,so as to find out corresponding solutions to promote the efficient development of the employment guidance.This dissertation firstly explains and analyzes relevant concepts,characteristics,significance and relevant theories of employment guidance in higher vocational colleges.And then,in view of the problems existing in employment guidance of SUAT,this dissertation makes use of questionnaire survey to analyse,and found that there are some problems as without enough attention to employment guidance of students,too simple of the method of graduate employment guidance,imperfect systems and mechanisms of graduate employment guidance,etc.To the above main problems,on the basis of the analysis of the causes,the dissertation puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the following aspects as increasing the importance of employment guidance,enriching the employment service content,innovating the employment service mechanism,etc..With the research,the dissertation provides reference and basis for the promotion of employment guidance in China's vocational and technical colleges,including SUAT,so as to enhance the employment competitiveness of students in vocational colleges throughout our country.
