Scientific Concept Of Employment: Employment Of College Students Countermeasures Value Orientation

With the reform of the national economic system and higher education, the employment of college students has become a hot issue of the whole society. The status quo directly exerts influence on the socio-economic development, higher education and the masses. Employment of college students is a matter of social stability and development event. The difficulty in finding jobs owes to the national employment system, higher education status, social orientation, families and students'values.This article analyses the current status of the college students and the difficulty in employment for these students, and the main focus is impact of values on the Graduate Employment; On the solution to the problems, this article claims that the state, university, society and the students themselves all play an important role, moreover, it emphasizes the students themselves should pay more attention to the situation. It also mentions that to establish the scientific outlook on employment values in finding jobs is a more direct, more effective and more core approach to solve the problems; it also gives out proposed ways and means of forming such values and look forward to prospects of solving the problems.
