Problems In The Employment Guidance Of Yichun Vocational College Graduates And The Countermeasures

In recent years, most higer vocational colleges have got great developments. They not noly trained a lot of applied talents for local economic construction, but also promote the social progress and the developments of the local economy. However, with the arrival of the era of higher education popularization, the issues of higher vocational college graduates employment are also increasingly prominent. The problems of higher vocational college graduates employment directly related to the survival and development of higher vocational education reform. Therefore, higher vocational colleges,which based on the local economy construction and development, should have full understanding of the current graduates employment environment, attach great importance to the important role of graduate employment guidance in the course of employment, analyze the problems existing in the graduate employment guidance carefully, put forward the corresponding solutions as soon as possible, so as to promote the higher occupation education of the healthy, stable developments.Based on the related theories of higher vocational colleges employment guidance,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the employment guidance from four parts. The preface part of this paper, mainly elaborates the purpose,significance, ideas, methods, emphasis, difficulties and innovation points of this reaserch. In the second part, this paper gives the relative definations of some concepts, analyzes the characteristics and the meanings of higher vocational college graduates employment guidance. On the basis of the above concept definition and theoretical analysis,, in accordance with the questions, analysis the thinking of problem, the third part of this paper expounds the present situation of Yichun Vocational college graduates employment guidance and the existing problems, and analyzes the causes of the problem. The fourth part of the paper, in view of the problem and its causes of Yichun Vocational College graduates in employment guidance, put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
