Survey And Analysis On The Fetishism Of Internet In Baokang County

With the order from Central Committee of the League and Ministry of Education, I dispatched by Huazhong University of Science and Technology to the poor county located in Midwest of our country——Hubei Baokang county to launch poverty alleviation popularize informationization project during the time in July of 2005 (July 4 - July 24 ). During these 20 days, I found that in the local schools of the county of Baokang, the students generally over trust blindly to Internet, I defined such ubiquitous phenomenon as " Internet fetishism phenomenon".In order to find out the reasons of this phenomenon, I carried on the investigation in the 12 local middle schools in 12 towns in Baokang. Questionnaire investigation was taken, and more than 400 questionnaires sample have been taken back.Proving by the investigation result finally proves, the influence of the information-based project will cause students to highly believe in and rely on Internet ; Limited media and information regarding with limited Internet make students highly believe in , highly rely on and very high to the expected value that is obtained from Internet; The teacher's subjective attitude has obviously caused the inclination of these four pieces of factor value, among them students' understanding of low harmfulness of Internet was impelled by the teacher's attitude.This research can be studied as earlier stage, which wish can make sense to the follow-up study.
