With the development of tourism and the improvement of industrial status,tourism urgently needs a large number of high-quality tourism professionals,and the requirements for the ability and quality of tourism talents are becoming higher and higher.In addition to the necessary tourism professional knowledge,tourism professionals should also have strong independent learning ability to meet and adapt to the needs of tourism industry and tourism market.At present,the independent learning ability of domestic tourism management professionals is still a certain distance from the requirements of the tourism industry and the tourism market.Reciprocal determinism is an important part of Bandura’s social cognitive theory,which emphasizes the interaction among individual,behavior and environment,and plays an important guiding role in the research of autonomous learning ability.Based on the perspective of reciprocal determinism,analyzing and discussing the autonomous learning ability of undergraduate students majoring in tourism management has important theoretical and practical significance.It will not only help to expand and deepen the research content of autonomous learning ability,but also help to improve the learning ability of undergraduate students majoring in tourism management.In terms of theoretical research,this thesis combs and analyzes the research results on autonomous learning ability at home and abroad,and focuses on the basic theories of reciprocal determinism and autonomous learning ability,especially the impact of reciprocal determinism on autonomous learning ability,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the writing of this thesis.From the perspective of reciprocal determinism,autonomous learning ability is affected by three factors: individual,behavior and environment.Therefore,only by analyzing and thinking from multiple angles and levels can we gradually improve the theory of autonomous learning ability and provide theoretical guidance for the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability.The empirical analysis part of this thesis mainly includes the investigation and analysis of the current situation of autonomous learning ability of undergraduate students majoring in tourism management and the interview coding analysis of influencing factors from the perspective of interactive determinism.The current situation of autonomous learning ability is as follows: from the overall average score,the level of autonomous learning ability of undergraduate students majoring in tourism management is generally in the middle rank;The scores of the five dimensions are slightly higher than the average score,but there are some differences.The main conclusions of the interview analysis of the influencing factors of autonomous learning ability based on the perspective of interactive determinism are as follows: the individual factors affecting the autonomous learning ability of undergraduate students majoring in tourism management include self-efficacy,attribution,goal consciousness and learning interest;the behavioral factors include strategy application,behavior monitoring and self reaction;the environmental factors include material environment and humanistic environment;Students’ autonomous learning ability is finally formed under the interaction of individual,behavior and environmental factors.Among them,individual factors directly stimulate the generation of students’ autonomous learning ability,behavioral factors will react on students themselves and further improve their autonomous learning ability,and environmental factors provide hardware support for the formation of autonomous learning ability.The above empirical analysis not only tests and enriches the relevant theoretical analysis,but also lays a foundation for the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.In terms of countermeasures and suggestions,based on the previous theoretical basis and empirical analysis,this thesis believes that only taking targeted countermeasures and suggestions can improve the autonomous learning ability of undergraduate students majoring in tourism management.It is necessary to strengthen individual cognition and stimulate potential learning behavior through teachers’ guidance,parents’ concern and students’ own efforts;We need to use learning strategies flexibly,make full use of learning resources and conduct self-monitoring in time to improve learning behavior and improve individual adaptability;It is also necessary to realize the benign interaction between people and the environment through a lively and open classroom atmosphere,a positive and studious campus atmosphere and a healthy and harmonious social environment.Only in this way can we effectively improve the autonomous learning ability of undergraduate students majoring in tourism management,improve the training quality of tourism professionals,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of tourism and tourism.
