Table Tennis is one of the key projects about National Olympic Glory Planning, and it has its own characters as compared with other sports. The 11 points system is concerned for all table tennis players, coaches and researchers. Due to a number of active table tennis players grew up in 21 points system, the change will do affect them. Compared with the original system, 11points has many notable characteristics. In order to explore and master the 11 points characteristics and guarantee ideal results, the study covers the technical and tactical training methods under 11 points system through the use of mentioned methods and provides reference frame for maintaining Chinese table tennis in the level of advanced . The results showed:1. First, the biggest feature of the 11 points system is to enhance the uncertainty about the competition results. Second, a greater impact on the athletes is the accelerated tempo of the contest.2. Service training should focus on strengthening the changes of service. The two-point service-change rotation rules require athletes to increase the changes at attack after service.3. In the coming training days ,the desirable players must require all-round techniques with strong suits4. 11 points system required players to enter the good form very fast. Athletes should need more time and more intensity to warm up than before aiming at certain opponents.5. Correctly solve the "fierce and stability" and "outstanding specialty" and practice crucial points.6. Innovate training concept; adjust the content, and methods of training to meet the training requirements of the new situation. 7. Master serving spin, accuracy, speed changes. Service should be complementary, innovative, quantity seeking quality, lay the foundation for the attack.8. Strengthen the offensive and active at receiving.9. Increasing the hit rate of attack after service, in addition to active-attack, improve the accuracy and hitting power is also very important, we should focus on improving the transitional techniques between 3-5 hits. Good rally ability can guarantee excellent results.10. Because the use of "40mm" ball, the ball slowed down and reduced the quality of return. Athletes must be aware of comprehensive consciousness, strengthening power and good footwork.11. Crucial time is mid stage in every game. The best time to call time-out is at this period.
