Physical education in colleges and universities is the advanced stage of the student's sports career,and it is also the last stage for most students to receive physical education.College physical education has a significant practical significance for cultivating students' physical exercise habits and forming a correct sports concept,especially in the Internet,games and other highly developed,people's leisure life and physical exercise are impacted today,college sports education is even more important.At present,the traditional teaching mode of table tennis courses emphasizes too much on the role played by teachers,ignoring the subjectivity of students;“one size fits all” and “goes on the move”,resulting in students who are of a general physical quality who “can't eat” feel out of reach.The students with good physical fitness are not satisfied with their food,which greatly inhibits their enthusiasm for learning."Interest is the best teacher to learn." Table tennis has the characteristics of small sphere,fast speed,strong rotation and not easy to control.It is not as good as other sports.The traditional teaching model is no longer adapted to the pace of development of the times.The deficiencies and problems of the traditional teaching model by the author are the historical and practical backgrounds of the reform of the teaching model of table tennis.It is a fuse,using document methods,questionnaires,expert interviews,experimental methods,mathematical statistics,and “Teaching,“point system” management,and “customs clearance” are forms of assessment,and “menu integral teaching mode” is constructed.The table tennis teaching classroom is used as an example to explore the application of “menu integral teaching mode” in ordinary college students' table tennis teaching..The author will randomly select two boys classes and two girls classes,four classes for boys as a control class,seven classes for boys as experimental class;two classes for girls as a contrast class,three classes for girls as an experimental class.The experimental factors were controlled in each of the four classes,and the students' general physical condition indicators,special basic physical fitness,and related psychological factors before the experiment were collected to conduct teaching research.For the experimental class,the “menu integral teaching mode” was used for teaching;the control class still used the traditional teaching mode for teaching.After the teaching content is over,the students' experimental class,control class,and experimental class for the girls' experimental class are subjected to physical examination,special basic physical fitness tests,and special skills tests,and a questionnaire survey is conducted on the degree of psychological and experimental implementation,and the analysis and data are collected.The research results show that:(1)The application of "menu integral teaching mode" is conducive to the improvement of students' interest in and maintenance of table tennis.(2)It helps to improve students' self-confidence in physical exercise as well as their adjustment ability.(3)Promote students to develop their own learning skills,small goals,increase motivation,and improve their skills.(4)Long-term exercises significantly improve students' physical fitness;(5)Students' "menu teaching mode" in class The implementation of the said that they are interested in the proportion of students outside the classroom to exercise significantly increased.
