The Research On Current Situation Of Security System Of Community In China

In the process of china's reform development and the modern enterprise system establishment,"the unit person"in the planned economy system have been transformed largely to"the social person"in the market economy system .The change of government functions and the emergence of NGO is changing the lifestyles of Chinese people. The security of community is the newly emerging thing in china's social transformation. It is an extension of the social security system, but also the protection for the regional cultural development. The security of community is the implementation of national social security system at the base level, and it support with government social security each other for protecting the survival right and the development right of citizen, enhancing the stability and the development of our country. The security of community will be playing more and more important role. So, it is a rational choice for perfecting the social security system and community construction to set up a unified system of community.Under the background of the function transformation of our government, the thesis uses such methods as the combination of theoretical and practical example method, the literature searching and historical analysis method to study the current situations, the problems and the way to improve the security system of community.
