The organizational climate has a unique climate with a certain stability. It is one kind of subjective perception which depends on organizational members' correlation and affects member's work motive as well as the level of work achievements. The degree of job description refers to emotional experience which is produced in dividuals' cognition and the process of work appraisal, directly or indirectly to satisfy the degree of their own demand, and causes a certain behavioral tendency. The organization al climate is the interpersonal environment and the demonstration of association condition. The degree of job description is the emotional experience and the demonstration of individual appraisal.The research of organization climate has become the hotspot in the field of organizational behavior study since 1950s or 1960s. At present, domestic research works concerning organization climate are particularly lacking as well as systematic theories, and these greatly limited our country's scientization and systematization of organization climate, especially the research on school organization climate. This article is based on higher institutions. Take the author's workplace for example. The author uses literature analysis, interview, questionnaire survey etc, and initially discusses the dimensional constitution, demographical difference, the situation of teaching staffs' job description in altitude academy, and also on the basis of some information analysis the author discusses the mutual influence between organizational climate and job description.Firstly, the questionnaire of organizational climate made by Ma Yunxian and other scholars is adopted in universities and revised suitably. It is composed of three factors:organizational rules, leadership style and colony criterion. Relatively it can be generalized into managerment system, leader form and teachers' behavior. The questionnaire of job description is revised, according to Zheng Boxun's Job Description Index ( called JDI) , which bases on Smith Kendall&Hulin's in 1969. It consists of several dimentionalities: satisfaction of job itself, repayment,background, colleagues and workplaces.Secondly, as a perceptional variable, organizational climate in universities has remarkable differences in statistic variable of demology, so it shows that organizational climate is not only the description of scene, but also the reflection of individual's difference in perception and attitude, namely the close relationship with job description. Thirdly, a research shows organizational climate in universities and job description are prominently in direct proportion. It is the mutual influence between groups and individuals. That is to say the more harmonious the organizational climate is in teaching staffs' department, the higher the job description will become.According to the actuality of organizational climate and job description in universities, the author would like to put forward several proposals:(1) to establish a higher concerning leadership pattern, to call for a management with normal human feelings and to inspire teaching staffs to exert their best potential.(2) to establish a benign interactional communication mechanism and to strengthen teaching staffs'identity and loyalty to their organization so as to improve job description.(3)by the effective rules and regulations to construct elastic and reasonable working conditions.
