With the rise of knowledge economy,a more innovative and adaptability of the learning organization has become the new mission of an organization development.Organizational learning has become a hotspot research problem.This thesis regard organizational learning of social work agencies as the research object,which determine six factors of the social work organization learning: knowledge discovery,selecttion,savings,execution,the promotion of knowledge,and feedback on problems;based on structural approach?tie approanch and cognitive approach of social capital,exploring the influence factors of organizational learning,including the six fluence factors;viewing knowledge acquisition and knowledge application ability as the dependent variable,frequency of interaction,levels of intimacy,number,computational trust,indemnification-based trust and similar criteria of value as independent variable,bring forward the theoretical hypothesis,establish organizational learning theoretical model,via focusing on interviews,personal network and electronic questionnaire methods and channels to collect data,using SPSS21.0 statistical software for 307 valid questionnaires,and make use of the Pearson correlation coefficient,the multivariate linear regression method to explore factors affecting social work institutions of organizational learning.The study shows that:(1)based on computational trust of the social network relations have a negative influence on social work organization learning.Indentification–based trust of the social network relations have a positive impact on their learning;This means that the higher recognizedtrust,can be ready to promote to share between both sides and exchange of new knowledge,new technology,to improve their transparency and openness,which provide the stage for learning each other.While computational trust against each other for new knowledge learning and communication,because of the mutual suspicion and calculation is the opportunismbehavior of the soil.(2)the frequent contact can promote social work institutions to acquire new knowledge,but it is not conducive to the application of new knowledge;(3)levels of intimacy and the number of connection of social work organization and the external contact,for their learning,have a positive role in promoting.Because,sitive role in promoting.Because,closely linking the organization to the external environment contribute to information sharing,but the organization stay in touch with fixed outsiders over long term,which will make the loose organized boundaries to curing originally network.which a originally open information system is sealed,and establish a relatively fixed "friends",also limited to the application of new knowledge in the "friends",therefore,frequent contact is not good for the use of new knowledge.(4)similar criteria of value can promote social work institutions to apply new knowledge,but it is not conducive to obtain new knowledge;Because,with similar value standard of organizations can through similar language,code and description for effective communication and understanding,thus helping to organize the use of new knowledge,however,possessing the highly similarity value of organizations,they build the social network heterogeneity is low,providing the low degree of new knowledge and new resources,being not conducive to organize knowledge acquisition.
