Study On Teaching-oriented Open Experiment Management Of Institutions Of Higher Education

Open experiment is the extension of traditional experiment teaching and the valid way for institutions of higher education to foster creative talented person. In the face of various problems in current practice, this study tries to explore teaching-oriented open experiment in the views of the management.In accordance with the problems existing in open experiment management of institutions of higher education, the thesis puts forward that we should innovate the management to increase the teaching results of open experiment from three aspects: idea, model and technique means. The idea emphasizes vision management in open experiment, laboratory culture developments and centered-person management; An idea of new model of open experiment is raised on the basis of analyzing the problems in the old one, and the new one is explained in details; The creation of technique designs and develops "A management system of open experiments teaching based on Web" according to the construction of "laboratory opens" and "experiment project opens" with the example of Ningbo University. Finally analyzes the results of the creation of open experiment management in the first step with the example of open experiment management practice of Ningbo University.The thesis includes seven chapters. The first chapter introduces the purpose and the meanings of this study, points out the problems existing in open experiment management on the basis of document analysis and surveys, raises the main tasks of this study and defines the related concepts.The second chapter puts emphasis on the theories foundation of the study, those are: Multiple Intelligence theories, Encouragement theories, System Science theories.The third chapter sets forth the idea of innovation, advances the viewpoint of leading vision management, person-centered management and laboratory culture developments into the management of open experiments.The fourth chapter is about management model innovation of open experiments. First, the model of open experiment management originally possessed is summed up, then a speculation for a new open experiments management is put forward, the analysis as to it's main factor, construction, operation way, coordinated system, troops developments and manage measures, function limit analysis are made, the comparison between the new and old model is made finally.The fifth chapter is as to the innovation of technique means of open experiment management, two open experiment systems are set up, one is "time - space - object three dimensions system of laboratories open" , another is "person who puts forward project- project type- complete path three dimensions system of experiment projects open" , and "A management system of open experiments teaching based on Web" is developed on these grounds.The sixth chapter analyzes the results of the new model of open experiment management in the first step with the example of open experiment management practice of Ningbo University.The seventh chapter summarizes the conclusions of this study.
