Class teacher in the education of students in institutions of higher learning plays an important task, they are not only ideological and political education of students, students of sound character and good moral character, but also is responsible for management of students in daily life. Higher vocational education as an integral part of the five-year higher vocational institutions, due to biogenic problems, making five-year students of higher vocational colleges and higher vocational colleges and universities is different from the general students of the institutions, most students did not raise conscious learning into good behavior, sense of discipline and self-control comparative indifference weak, etc.Resulting five-year higher vocational institutions, the class teacher, compared with the other institutions of higher learning, work more difficult, more difficult, results difficult to embody, to the five-year higher vocational institutions, the class teacher has caused difficulties. How, under the guidance of scientific concept of development to address the plight of five-year institutions of higher learning class teacher's work is the paper tries to explore the issue.The first part begins by describing the basic connotation of the scientific development concept, that is the core of people-oriented, aims to coordinate development; followed by analysis of the five-year higher vocational institutions, the class teacher work with the different characteristics of the other institutions of higher learning, it discusses the scientific development concept to guide 5 year higher vocational institutions, the significance of the work of the class teacher.The second part analyzes the five-year higher vocational institutions, the status of work and the class teacher the difficulties faced, including the daily management of difficult students, the students treated as an emergency is difficult and with the parents to form a co-education students together is difficult; On this basis, the five-year system of higher vocational institutions, the plight of the many class teachers work in the cause of the Analysis, these causes are both aspects of the students and their parents, but also the ability to work their own class teacher, knowledge, literacy issues.The third part of the preceding analysis, based on the proposed five-year higher vocational institutions to address the plight of working class teacher the way: that under the guidance of scientific concept of development and establish a student-centered ideology, the actual demand for students and the different types of students , materials; the same time, the class teacher's own students to strengthen and expand their knowledge quality, upgrade their abilities in different aspects to be competent five-year higher vocational school class teacher.
