The essay believes Composition Teaching Alignment Research is a necessary adjustment and supplement to the present situation of composition teaching in Senior Middle Schools. Besides, it's the only way to improve composition teaching and it is an efficient channel to achieve the aim of composition teaching. The two basic rules of composition teaching support the researches theoretically. The essay also believes in high schools establishing composition practice alignment must be based on the students and focus on the characteristics of the students' psychology. It should also center on reading and combine reading with writing by composition teaching. Besides, it should consult the standard of grading composition in the College Entrance Examinations and instruct the students how to correct their compositions. During the three years of high school, composition teaching should proceed in an orderly way and step by step. So the students can improve their writing ability and form a good habit of writing. At the same time, the role of teachers in the composition alignment practice is also very important, because only when teachers are the good designers of writing, the equal talkers of writing and true lovers of composition can the students write compositions actively, on their own initiative and for their own process.
