As the higher education institution of training elementary education teachers, the normal universities are the highest institution of teachers training with their special humanistic spirit. The normal universities are shouldering the major responsibility of training teachers who adapt to the development needs of social economy, politics and culture. The level of the talents' quality under the normal universities' training is closely associated with the future talents' quality of our country. With the update of traditional education mode and the reform of the teachers training system in normal universities, the humanistic character and the level of students' humanity quality meet the new attacks and challenges inevitably. Therefore, in the critical period of normal universities transform, the theory analysis and practice exploration of the prevalence of normal universities students' humanities quality are brought to schedule. How to face up the problem of normal universities students' humanities quality, analyze it reasonably, deal with it accurately and solve it correspondingly has already become the topic to be researched.This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is foreword, it expatiates the topic's background and significance, the domestic and overseas' research actuality, the article idea and the adoptive research methods of this paper. The second part starts with an interrelated scientific definition of humanities quality education; make an analysis of the interrelated influencing ingredients of the humanities quality and its important station. The third part makes an impersonal and systemic analysis of the quality of elementary education teachers, which adapts to the social development needs nowadays, and discusses the reasons why the teachers need these qualities in detail. Another wise, through the analysis of the structure contents of normal universities students' humanities quality, this part take a conclusion that the system of humanities quality education should include humanities knowledge education, all-around moral and character education, aesthetics and art education which meet the social development, and the essential teachers' mentality and health education. In this part, the paper also discusses the importance of developing the humanities quality education in normal universities. The fourth part specialize the problems existent of the humanities quality education in the normal universities, and analyze the reasons of them, start at the source and make proper methods, hope to find the corresponding measures. At last, this thesis expatiates the material implementation means of how to develop the humanities quality education effectively in normal universities through the methods of comparison and system analysis, and then this paper supplies rational constructive advice of the reform of the teachers' education.
