With the popularization of quality education in basic education in China,Teachers’ comprehensive quality becomes more and more get the attention of thesociety,the development of normal education also needs to keep pace with theTimes. Humanities quality is an essential part of the teachers’ comprehensivequality,Normal education is the cradle of training future teachers. To cultivatenormal students’ humanities cultivated manners is significant, Humanisticaccomplishment of students’ comprehensive quality, physical and mentaldevelopment. Nowadays,constantly enhance its Ability of professional training,social service ability, capability of academic research,Colleges and universitiesgenerally to foster professional talents as the goal, ignore the cultivation ofhumanities. Normal colleges to cultivate qualified teachers, humane accomplishmentis essential, under the trend of national foundation education reform, teachers’professional development and professional accomplishment is important contentof education in normal education stage.Students’ humanities connotation is the internalization of humanitiesknowledge training and the spirit of the noble sentiment. To form a correctoutlook on life and values, as well as an awareness and sense of responsibility tothemselves, others, collective, national, state, In the future career of humanisticcare, professional cordiality, the development of consciousness, and strong senseof responsibility.This thesis could be divided normal students’ humanitiescultivated into cultural knowledge, human behavior,the humanistic spirit,humanistic method four dimensions. In Shenyang normal universityundergraduate students as the research object, questionnaire as the main research methods,In four dimensions as the investigation level of humanities, combinedwith field survey and literature research, practical research results and literaturetheory, combined with research conclusion.In this thesis, the main investigation contents: students’ humanitiesaccomplishment present situation and the lack, find out the lack of humanitiesquality cause, and on this basis put forward Suggestions and countermeasuresto improve students’ humanities accomplishment. The article is divided into fiveparts: first is the cause of the problem put forward, definition of related conceptsand research methods; Second is the main theory and related research; third isquestionnaire survey on and came to the conclusion that Can be seen from theactual survey students to grasp the accurate positioning of teachers;Humanisticeducation and science education imbalance is the main reason for the lack ofnormal universities students’ humanities cultivated manners,respectively fromthe social, family, individual analysis the lack of humanities;Finally givesSuggestions for teachers improve students’ humanities cultivated manners,normal colleges and universities must set up their own characteristics ofschool-running concept, to create campus cultural atmosphere,create a goodcultural atmosphere for the teachers and students, launch rich and colorfulafter-class activities, implements effective evaluation for humanityaccomplishment between teachers and students. To imply humanistic educationof normal universities,to promote students’ humanities accomplishment andoverall accomplishment,to improve the comprehensive quality of teachers.
