| The vocational education of sports schools in China is to cultivate high skilled and applied sports specialized talents.To a certain extent,"talent" cultivated in sports school is merely a container or carrier of technology or knowledge,rather than a physically integrated person.In the quality education and the concept "people-oriented”lead,if you do not pay attention to enhance the sports school sports school students are dominant in the human comprehensive quality of the humanistic quality,pay attention to "win" and ignore the"education",the school trained 1 will difficult to adapt to the economic development of social culture of high-quality workers and skilled ersonnel Request.At present,the education of humanistic quality education in sports schools in China is not optimistic.For this,this study adopts the narrative research method,on the basis of the relevant research results at home and abroad,through the selection of three "representative" of the students,access to the deep,to understand the humanistic quality of the weak side,so the C School of humanities education dilemma:humanistic quality education has not received enough attention,set the humanistic quality education curriculum is not reasonable,in the overall planning of the school teachers in humanistic quality,weak humanistic quality education of humanistic quality education method is single,lack of assessment mechanism;the predicament of humanistic quality education is the main individual factors,family factors,school factors,social factors.This study proposes to sports school students humanistic quality education dilemma:one is the way out of school education and management should establish people-oriented,education first,comprehensive development concept;two is to improve the teaching content and teaching method innovation;the three is to strengthen the construction of teachers;the four is to strengthen the teaching evaluation;the five is to strengthen the campus culture environmental construction;six is to strengthen efforts to build the family environment and social environment. |
