School-based reading instruction strategy consists of various elements,including new idea,target,plan,method,activity,measurements and evaluation on reading. Which makes a breakthrough on the innovation of reading instruction administration and means of application. This kind of reading instruction strategy applies the theory of constructivism and innovates the old-fashioned way of study, whose aim is to improve students' inherent motivity of reading, to inspire their potential and ultimately to help them learn how to read through guided practice. Students are required to learn how to solve problems on their own in the process of problem solving. At the same time, they are expected to enhance their overall quality as well as reading achievements, to lay a solid foundation for their life-long education and development. School-based reading instruction strategy is a multidimensional view of reading between teachers and students, which is systematically managed by school. It intends to construct a kind of macroscopic reading instruction, composed of school administration, in-class reading instruction and out-of-class reading instruction. Eventually, it is to construct a series of reading systems, which consist of in-class reading model, in-and-out-of-class reading model, and out-of-class reading model. From the aspects of students, teachers, schools and families, it tries to make an attempt at interactive reading between students, synchronous reading between parents and children, free reading through the internet, cooperative reading of exploration, and independent and intensive reading. It efficiently combines the teaching of teachers and the learning of students in the process of in-and-out-of school reading instruction. School-based reading instruction strategy strives to construct a brand-new reading instruction strategy, which is based on the classroom but goes beyond the textbook, is based on school but goes beyond class, and is based on family but is adapted to society. What's more, this kind of reading instruction strategy attempts to investigate a developmental evaluation system.This research subject makes an attempt to construct a new reading instruction strategy at the level of reading theory and reading practice. The researcher makes an exploration to a new reading instruction strategy by adopting some reading research findings that have been widely accepted, hoping to make some contributions to actualizing the innovation of the Chinese language teaching. It is believed that the research on school-based reading instruction is just prevailing, and it is expected that this research will be paid some attention to by the specialists of the Chinese language teaching. If this research subject is of a little value to the teaching staff in China, I will be profoundly grateful and satisfied.
